Before You Book, Let's Have a Chat!
Before you book, we always like to have a quick chat to learn more about your event. We want to understand what you need and find the best solutions for you. This step can’t be skipped—because sometimes, this service might not be the right fit for your event.
Getting to Know Each Other
During the call, we take the time to understand your vision and make sure we’re on the same page—this is crucial for us! In most cases, we’re able to help all the way through—even beyond just food!
Finalising the Details
Once we’re aligned, we finalise everything—menus, service setup, and all the little details that can finalised at this step —so you can relax and enjoy your event, knowing everything is taken care of.
Securing Your Booking
To confirm your booking, we’ll send you a 10% deposit invoice. Once the payment is made, your date is locked in.
Final Check-In Before Your Event
About two weeks before the event, we’ll reach out to go over the final details. This is when we confirm dietary requirements, the final guest count, and any last-minute changes.

On the Day of Your Event
On the day of your event, we’ll send you a quick message to check in. Our chef will personally introduce himself and let you know the exact arrival time—so you’re always in the loop.

We cannot rate Lucas highly enough! Right from the beginning Lucas was very responsive with his communication and flexible on menu changes. He arrived on time and was polite and knowledgable. The food was literally perfect and beautifully presented. We highly recommend the beef wellington! Lucas left the kitchen spotless which was a delight. We will definitely use Lucas again and would highly recommend him.

Lukasz and team provided an amazing experince for our wedding. The food was perfect and despite the number of guests and various allergies, everyone was well fed and happy. All the stress was taken off our shoulders with an offer to provide an extra evening buffet too that worked within our budget. Great value for money, I will happily recommend his services for any event large or small! Thank you for making our wedding memorable, couldn't have asked for a better experince!!

Lukas provided an amazing service for our house party of well over 100 people. The food was exceptional and was reflected in the response of our guests who all expressed their delight in such wonderful gyros with an authentic taste and generous servings !! Lukas was sooo friendly and accommodating and we will be using him again in the very near future ! He is an absolute find !
